ROSS – A woman who was arrested and charged with OVI and causing a crash between three vehicles was arrested around 24 hours later in Ross County for domestic violence and fighting with law enforcement

According to Ross County Sheriff’s Office on May 05, 2023, at approximately 10:30 pm they were dispatched to the 3000 block of Dry Run Road in Chillicothe in reference to a domestic dispute.

When they arrived, contact was made with the complainant who stated that he and his live-in ex-wife got into a verbal argument that turned physical. When law enforcement investigated Angela Trimble, 49 was found to be the aggressor in the situation and when law enforcement attempted to arrest her she fought back and was unwilling to be arrested. In the report, Trimble kicked the officers while they were trying to handcuff her.

This isn’t the first time Trimble has fought the law when she was on the downside of it. In 2021 she was pulled over in Pickaway County and found to be under the influence, during the arrest she also fought law enforcement and was charged with resisting arrest and obstruction.

On May 4th, 2023 Trimble was arrested in Pickaway County for OVI when a concerned citizen saw her operating her vehicle in an unsafe manner on US-23 shortly after the 911 call she crashed her vehicle into another car and a semi causing one person to go to the hospital. She bonded out of jail quickly.

Ross County Sheriff’s office has charged Trimble with Domestic violence, Assault, and Resisting arrest. She is currently in Ross County Jail being held on no bond awaiting court.
