Doris Born, 88, of Circleville passed away on September 29, 2017. She was born on December 4, 1928 in Scioto County to Chester and Minnie (Welch) Bussa. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers Chester Jr. and Richard Bussa. Doris is survived by her husband John “Jack” Jesse Born Sr., children John Born Jr. (Cindy), Debbie Baer (Danny) and Susan Meeks (Jeff), grandchildren Josh Baer, Danielle Brickey, Allison Baer and Andrea Baer, great grandchildren Meredith, Jackson, Daniel, Madison, J.T. and Jax, and by siblings Don Bussa and Pat Humphrey. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at Crossroads Church, Circleville at 3 p.m. with graveside services at 11 a.m. Thursday, October 5 in Friendship Cemetery. Friends may call at the Crossroads Church on Wednesday before the funeral from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville is handling the arrangements.
