On August 17, 2017 at approximately 9:33 PM Sgt. Levi Freeman stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 200 block of East Main Street. The vehicle had been under surveillance by Canine Officer Rob Morningstar and his partner Harry for suspected narcotic activity.
