The department also dealt with several reports regarding the city’s homeless population and suspicious activity. While many subjects were “Gone on Arrival,” a formal report was filed regarding a homeless person on North Court Street at 7:34 PM.

Proactive Patrols

The early morning hours (1:00 AM – 3:00 AM) were dominated by proactive “Extra Patrols.” Officers focused on Logan Street, East Circle Lane, West Water Street, and North Court Street, ensuring businesses and residential areas remained secure throughout the night.
