Walnut Elementary School 4th grade teachers recently received a $3,500 grant to purchase additional technology for their classrooms, including three digital cameras, 12 Chromebooks and digital online resources for the classroom.
“We really appreciate TVEF’s generous grants. This grant will help us better meet the needs of our 90 students in fourth grade. Students will have access to 12 additional computers, three digital cameras, and Storyworks magazine and online resources. We are all so grateful for having the ability to apply for money to be used to support our students in the classroom,” fourth grade teacher Nicole Miles said.
