Vinton County OH- On November 2, 2020, a conversation was intercepted on a recorded line from South Eastern Ohio Regional Jail by a Vinton County Sheriff’s Office Detective between an inmate and his wife. The female made alleged threats to “gut” a citizen, shoot an employee of the Sheriff’s Office, and to burn the Sheriff’s Office to the ground. The alleged threats are presumed to be in retaliation of a search warrant and arrest made last week at the female’s residence in Dundas.

Marsha Mash, age 51 of Dundas, was arrested on November 3, 2020, after a no bond arrest warrant was obtained in Vinton County Court. Mash was arrested without incident and taken to the South Eastern Ohio Regional Jail and charged with Making Terroristic Threats, a Felony of the 3rd degree. A bond hearing is scheduled for Thursday.
