Pickaway Ohio State Patrol Arrests Man for Child Endangerment, OVI and Stolen Car

Circleville – Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers have charged a Circleville man, Phillip E. Peters for OVI, Child Endangerment and Receiving Stolen Property. After further investigation it was discovered the vehicle Mr. Peters was driving a stolen vehicle out of Cuyahoga County and he was operating the vehicle while under the influence.

Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers charged Ms. Jennifer Yoder from Circleville with her second OVI in ten years. Ms. Yoder was charged with felony possession of drugs and driving under suspension as well. Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers charged a New Holland man, Tracy S. Brill with OVI, felony possession of drugs and misdemeanor possession of drugs. Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers also charged Ms. Amy E. Schottmiller from Grove City with OVI and felony possession of drugs. Several other felony and misdemeanor drugs were also confiscated and arrests are pending further investigation.

All suspects are scheduled to appear in Circleville Municipal Court
