The Logan Elm boys and girls bowling teams rolled into the season by entering the Teays Valley Thanksgiving shootout over the weekend.
The boys Braves finished the top division II school in the competition beating the second place division II school
by more than 300 pins. The Braves finished 6th overall behind division I Olentangy Orange by 9 pins.
The Lady Braves placed second in the division II schools and 6th overall behind Columbus South.
Julia Kitchen (senior) earned All Tournament First team with a 496 series.
Lance Berard (junior) earned All Tournament second team with a 634 series.
The Braves are coached by Coach Ron Cheadle and Coach Marsha Few.
The season league kickoff tournament is Tuesday, November 23rd at Shawnee Lanes
