GUILTY – Man Who Sold Drugs that Lead to Overdose Found Guilty in Pickaway County

CIRCLEVILLE – On March 30, 2022, the Circleville Police Department conducted a Narcotics Search Warrant at 496 Stella Avenue. Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Cocaine were located.

The Circleville Police Department had received multiple complaints in reference to narcotics activity at the residence on Stella Avenue. The night before the search officers responded to a separate residence where a female was in an active overdose. Once officers and Circleville Fire Department revived the female with Narcan, she admitted to purchasing the narcotics from Shannon Schwalbauch at his residence on Stella Avenue.

During the search warrant officers confiscated narcotics, paraphernalia, digital scales, and packaging materials indicative of narcotics trafficking.

Shannon Schwalbauch, 47 of Circleville, was arrested and charged with the following: Felony 3 Trafficking in Fentanyl Felony 4 Possession of Fentanyl Felony 4 Trafficking Cocaine Felony 5 Possession of Cocaine

In Pickaway Common Pleas this week Shannon W. Schwalbauch, 48 of 496 Stella Ave., Circleville, OH was found guilty of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, Possession of Cocaine, and Possession of Fentanyl he will be sentenced at a later date.
