CIRCLEVILLE – Judge P. Randall Kneece has handed down the sentence for Justin R. Blevins, 20, of Ashville for the murder of Samuel Nicholson II, 16, of Ashville. The murder took place on June 11th of 2017. Mr. Blevins pled not guilty to the crime but was found guilty by a jury of his peers.

Timothy Clements, Sr., 37, of 140 York St., Circleville, OH, was charged with Violation of Community Control, Nonsupport of Dependents. A plea of guilty was entered, and a sentence of 12 months in prison
Kyndra A. Combs, 43, of 658 Glendora Rd., Columbus, OH, was charged with Theft of Drugs, Theft. A plea of guilty was entered, and a sentence of 3 years intervention, 6 months at CBCF
John R. Conkel, 29, of 240 East Franklin St., Circleville, OH, was charged with Aggravated Possession of Drugs. A plea of guilty was entered, and a sentence of 12 months in prison (suspended), 3 years community control, 180 days in county jail
