Jeffrey Blankenship, 29, of 210 Grand Circuit Blvd., Delaware, OH, was charged with Violation of Community Control. A plea of guilty was entered and they were sentenced to 15 months in prison.

Casie M. Cook, 32, of 32 School St., Ashville, OH, was charged with Forgery, Receiving Stolen Property. A plea of not guilty was entered. A pretrial was set for 1/12/2018.

Michael N. Farleigh, 27, of 1547 S. R. 772, Chillicothe, OH, was charged with Violation of Community Control. A plea of guilty was entered and they were sentenced to 18 months in prison.

Jeffrey A. Henry, 37, of 1057 Wilson Rd., South Vienna, OH, was charged with Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity, Receiving Stolen Property (x8). A plea of not guilty was entered. A pretrial was set for 1/12/2018.

James A. Lewis, 31, of Ross Correctional Institution, Chillicothe, OH, was charged with Possession of Cocaine. A plea of guilty was entered and they were sentenced to 8 months in prison.

Genna L. Scott, 31, of 5517 S.R. 772, Chillicothe, OH, was charged with Possession of Heroin. A plea of guilty was entered and they were sentenced to 24 months in prison.

Malika A. Spires, 27, of 441 West Main St., Lancaster, OH, was charged with Forgery, Receiving Stolen Property. A plea of guilty was entered, and a pre-sentence investigation was ordered.

Billy W. Whitley, Jr., 43, of 413 Hopkins St., Washington C.H., OH, was charged with Theft, Forgery. A plea of not guilty was entered. A pretrial was set for 1/12/2018.

Anthony D. Wilson, 49, of 425 Ray Rd., Ray, OH, was charged with Possession of Cocaine, Aggravated Possession of Drugs. A plea of not guilty was entered. A pretrial was set for 1/12/2018.

  1. It looks like you fixed the grammar regarding entering a plea. I’m so please to see this, however the sentence part is still using the word they which refers to more than one person. It would read better like this: A plea of guilty was entered and a sentence of 15 months in prison was imposed. Thanks for considering this.
