The stage was set, the tension was palpable, and the spotlight finally found its shining star. The Miss Ohio Scholarship Organization, in partnership with Sylvart Studio – NE Ohio Photographers and community supporters, is thrilled to officially announce the crowning of our new Miss Ohio’s Teen, Cicely Esterline!
Cicely wowed the judges and took home a $2,500 scholarship along with her new title. Her incredible performance also earned her the Talent Award and an additional $250 scholarship. Celebrating the Outstanding Teen Court
The competition was fierce, and a massive congratulations goes out to the exceptional young women who made up this year’s top court:
1st Runner-Up ($1,000 Scholarship): Miss Chillicothe’s Teen, Katherine Green
2nd Runner-Up ($900 Scholarship): Miss Portsmouth’s Teen, Lexie Claxon
3rd Runner-Up ($800 Scholarship): Miss Columbia Homecoming’s Teen, Lindi Flaig
4th Runner-Up ($700 Scholarship): Miss Lake Festival’s Teen, Claire Kuehne
Special Award Recognition
Beyond the overall placement, several contestants were honored for their standout individual strengths and character during the competition:
Interview Award ($250 Scholarship): Miss Chillicothe’s Teen, Katherine Green, for her eloquence and poise under pressure.
Paul Herlihy Memorial Scholarship Award ($250 Scholarship): Miss Columbia Homecoming’s Teen, Lindi Flaig, honoring excellence and dedication.
A Note of Pride for All Contestants:
Every single non-top-five finalist who took the stage walked away with a $350 scholarship to help further their education.
