CIRCLEVILLE – Sometimes fire departments do the proverbial thing like put out fires, save someones life, or sometimes they save cats from trees.
On August 6, 2019 Circleville Fire Department helped get a small orange and white tabby kitten out of a tree on Pickaway Street. The kitten had been trapped for quite some time and did not know how to get down. Luckily some of the local fire department had time between saving lives and putting out fires to lend aid.
“I just wanted to give a shout out to the Circleville fire department! They helped us to get a small stray kitten out of a tree on pickaway street this evening! He is now safe and sound and my 9 year old son has decided to name him Blaylock,” said local Mackenzie Ogan.
