FRANKLIN – A two-vehicle Crash involving a Semi and a vehicle is affecting southbound traffic at 5:30 pm today.
According to reports, a vehicle has crashed into the back of a semi just north of Scioto downs in the Southbound lane.
Witness that reported to Sciotopost said that the crash was significant and traffic was bad in the area. May want to use 104 to divert around the area.
