BREAKING: Circleville Police Arrest One for Trafficking Drugs in City

On March 30, 2022, the Circleville Police Department conducted a Narcotics Search Warrant at 496 Stella Avenue. Fentanyl, Methamphetamine and Cocaine were located.

The Circleville Police Department had received multiple complaints in reference to narcotics activity at the residence on Stella Avenue. Last night officers responded to a separate residence where a female was in an active overdose. Once officers and Circleville Fire Department revived the female with Narcan, she admitted to purchasing the narcotics from Shannon Schwalbauch at his residence on Stella Avenue.

During the search warrant officers confiscated narcotics, paraphernalia, digital scales, and packaging materials indicative of narcotics trafficking.

Shannon Schwalbauch, 47 of Circleville, was arrested and charged with the following: Felony 3 Trafficking in Fentanyl Felony 4 Possession of Fentanyl Felony 4 Trafficking Cocaine Felony 5 Possession of Cocaine
