Timothy J. Allen, beloved son, friend and colleague, bid farewell to this world on July 17, 2023, after a valiant and courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Born on February 18, 1969, he leaves behind cherished memories and an enduring legacy of kindness and resilience.
Tim’s journey began in Circleville, where he attended Circleville High School, graduating with the class of 1987. Throughout his high school years, he showcased his remarkable talents as a three-sport athlete, demonstrating dedication, passion, and sportsmanship that inspired those around him.
Tim began his military career in the U.S. Navy, and continued with the American National Guard, where he served in overseas military tours.
For 24 years, Tim found a second home at Marzetti, where he worked alongside fabulous coworkers and friends, who became family. His colleagues remember him fondly for this genuine, warm smile that brightened everyone’s day, and his authentic care for anyone he encountered. Tim’s compassionate and friendly nature left an indelible mark on the hearts of those fortunate enough to know him.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Tim possessed an unparalleled capacity for compassion and empathy. He extended his caring nature to all, offering a helping hand and a listening ear to anyone in need. His sincerity and kindness touched the lives of countless individuals, leaving behind a legacy of compassion and genuine human connection.
He was born in Columbus, Ohio to Jerry and Marian (Stiles) Allen. He was preceded in death by a son Cody McKibben. In addition to his parents, Tim is survived by his wife Tina (Davis) Allen; daughter Kodi (Ian) Sir Louis; grandchildren Carter, Caiden, Alayna, Cambri, Cameron; mother-in-law Betty Hopkins; sisters Michele (Andy) Dengler, Deanna Schrader and by several nieces and nephews.
