ROSS – A resident in Ross County called 911 when he heard gunshots along Stone Road.
According to the sheriff’s department surveillance video and observed what appears to be a dark-colored Ford Ranger Pick-up Truck crossing the center line on Stone Road firing a weapon out of the driver’s side window. The Ford Ranger was traveling on Stone Road toward Cattail Road.
