Ross County – Man Arrested After Being Found Passed Out at Rallys’ Drive-Thru

CHILLICOTHE – A man was arrested and charged with being under the influence after sitting idle in the Rally’s drive-thru.

According to the Chillicothe Police Department, they were called to 133 North Bridge Street Rallys around 5:55 am on 6/17/23 when an employee had reported that a man in a black Cadillac was sitting stationary in the drive-thru line unconscious. This was confirmed by the arriving police officer who walked up to the idling black Cadillac and knocked on the window to wake him up.
