CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — Downtown Circleville is gearing up for a vibrant, community-wide celebration as the annual Pride a-Roundtown festival officially kicks off this weekend. Organized under the guiding message, “You can sit with us. It’s about treating people with dignity and empathy,” the event promises an inclusive, action-packed lineup of entertainment for attendees of all ages.

The main festivities will take place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, centering around East Main Street, Mound Street, and surrounding local venues.

A Day of Music, Performance, and Street Vendors

Mound Street will be transformed into the heart of the festival, featuring a main stage and a massive vendor fair running throughout the afternoon. The Mound Street Schedule includes:

  • 10:30 AM: Festival blessing and opening welcome.
  • 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Music and community fun hosted by event Emcee Aaron Kint.
  • 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Surprise live performances followed by songs from the musical Wicked.
  • 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Show-stopping headlining performances by drag queens Reva Williams and Jackie Mandullay.

The street will host 27 local vendor booths and food trucks, including popular regional eats like the Grilled Cheese Gangsters, B Mobile, Gyrk Hero, and Burger N Smile. Local healthcare organizations, non-profits, and community groups—such as OhioHealth Berger Hospital, the Pickaway County Democratic Party, and the HumanKINDness Alliance—will also be on-site offering resources and activities.

Family-Friendly Fun and Creative Arts

Pride a-Roundtown has built a robust itinerary dedicated entirely to families and children. A specialized Kids Zone will operate near the Presbyterian Church, offering a bounce house sponsored by FORJAK, a temporary tattoo experience, and youth activities. The Pickaway County Library will host dedicated children’s storytimes at 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, followed by a community “Pet Stroll” organized by the Circle Area Humane Society at 3:00 PM. From 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, children can take part in the “Tots in Toots” Glow Dance Party at Tootles Pumpkin Inn, featuring free entry, snacks, and festive mocktails.

For art lovers, the festival will feature a Local Artist Art Show from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM in Rankin’s Lot (located next to Tootles). Sponsored by Kevin O’Dell and Amy Schiltz Clubbs, the art space will feature the “Faces of Circleville” interactive art project, a custom button-making station, permanent jewelry by Charmed by Rose, and a relaxing lounge area.

Evening Nightlife and Major Giveaways

As night falls, the energy shifts toward the adult crowd. From 9:00 PM to Midnight, Tootles Music at 117 E. Main St. will host the Adult Glow Dance Party featuring a live performance by Monica Monrow. The 21+ event requires a $5 cover charge and will culminate in a highly anticipated “Best Outfit Contest” precisely at midnight. Additionally, Oblivion Ink will be on hand for most of the day providing special Pride flash tattoos.

The event doubles as an impactful fundraiser for local outreach. The HumanKINDness Alliance (HKA), an IRS-designated 501(c)(3) non-profit, is running its Pride Month Raffle Fundraiser sponsored by Jack Pine Studio.

Attendees can purchase raffle tickets ($10 each or 3 for $20) at Tootles or via Venmo through June 30th to win a gorgeous, custom 2026 Rainbow Glass Pumpkin 3-Piece Set valued at $420. Proceeds from the raffle will go directly toward supporting community events and unity initiatives year-round.
