– A resident in the 200 block of Clark Drive reported she was outside her apartment and heard a gun discharge in the area. Officers were unable to locate the source.
– A caller reported he found a wallet in the 900 block of South Pickaway Street. A report was taken on found property.
– Officers responded to an activated alarm at Roosters on U.S. Route 23. The call was canceled by the alarm company.
– An employee at the city service department reported a semi truck struck a railroad crossing gate at the South Court Street tracks. Railroad personnel repaired the damage.
– A resident came to the police station to report his wallet was stolen from his room in the 100 block of West Franklin Street. A report was taken.
– Officers responded to a property damage accident in the 1400 block of North Court Street.
– A resident in the 100 block of Caroline Court reported someone broke into his home and took his money. A report was taken on burglary.
– A resident came to the police station to report a property damage accident at Court and Mound streets.
– A caller reported vehicles were running the stop sign at East Mound and South Washington streets and almost causing accidents. Information was obtained.
– A caller reported vehicles were speeding on Clark Drive making it nearly impossible to pull onto Clark Drive from Ridgedale. Information was obtained.
– An employee from Circleville Self Storage on South Court Street requested extra patrol due to juveniles skateboarding and racing bicycles on the property despite “no trespassing” and “no skateboarding” signs posted. Information was obtained.
– Officers responded to an activated alarm at Everts Middle School on South Court Street. Officers determined the OCU basketball team was practicing in the gym, and the scene checked OK.
– A home health care worker came to the police station to report his client’s prescription medication had been stolen from CVS. A report was taken.
– A resident in the 1200 block of Norfolk Avenue reported the theft of medication from his vehicle.
– Donald Evans was arrested in the 300 block of Watt Street on an outstanding warrant.
– A resident in the 400 block of John Street reported she believed her oven was on fire. The fire department handled the scene.
– A caller reported a known subject had stolen her grandparents’ vehicle. A report was taken.
– Officers responded to reports of suspicious vehicles in the back of the parking lot at Cristy’s Pizza on South Court Street. Officers were unable to locate the vehicles.
– A caller reported a vehicle had driven into the ditch on the 23 South ramp onto West Main Street, but there did not appear to be any injuries. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
– Officers responded to an injury accident at North Court Street and Walnut Creek Pike.
– Officers responded to an injury accident on South Court Street at Logan Street.
– A caller reported fire coming from an electrical pole in the 200 block of North Court Street. AEP handled the scene.
– Officers responded to a property damage accident at Nicholas Drive and Moats.
– A resident in the 100 block of West Main Street reported a male subject refused to leave her home. A report was taken on a domestic dispute.
– A resident in the 100 block of West Corwin Street reported a vehicle speeding down the street. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
– A caller reported a male subject was either passed out or sleeping near the back door of his apartment in the 200 block of West Main Street. Officers advised the male was taking a nap and was advised to move along.
October 3
– A caller reported a vehicle traveling northbound on North Pickaway Street that didn’t have its headlights on. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
– A caller reported three males were blocking traffic and harassing drivers at the South Court Street railroad crossing. Officers advised the scene checked OK.
– Officers responded to an activated alarm at Everts Middle School on South Court Street. Officers advised it was the OCU basketball team practicing again, but they did not have the alarm code. The service department was advised.
– A resident in the 700 block of South Court Street reported a known subject was in her home, and now her wallet was missing. A report was taken on theft.
– A caller reported a property damage accident earlier in the day at Nicholas Drive and Lancaster Pike.
– An employee at the Valero station on Lancaster Pike reported a florescent light outside the business caught fire. The fire department handled the scene.
– A resident in the 300 block of Mace Drive reported an amplifier was stolen from his vehicle.
– Samuel Dillon, 47, of Ironton, was arrested on a warrant and possession of narcotics during a traffic stop in the 800 block of Kingston Court.
– Officers responded to reports of an unruly juvenile in the 200 block of Island Road. The scene checked OK.
– A resident in the 300 block of Brown Street reported a neighbor refused to give her dog back unless she paid money for it. The dog was returned to its owner, and no report was taken.
– Officers responded to an activated alarm in the 400 block of Imperial Court. The call was canceled by the alarm company.
– A caller reported a fight in the area of Brown Memorial and Trinity Lutheran Church. Officers were unable to locate the subjects.
– A caller reported someone stole her purse out of her vehicle in the area of Main Street Pub.

– A caller in the 300 block of Harwich Avenue reported a neighbor was playing loud music. Officers were unable to locate the subjects.
– A caller in the 100 block of East High Street reported a disturbance between two males outside her apartment. Officers were unable to locate the subjects.
– A caller reported a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot at Speedway on North Court Street. The vehicled checked OK.
– A 911 caller reported a domestic dispute at the Pour House on North Court Street. An arrest was made for disorderly conduct by intoxication.
– Officers responded to an activated alarm in the 700 block of North Pickaway Street. Officers advised it was accidental.
– Officers performed a well-being check in the 300 block of Watt Street. The subject checked OK.
– A resident in the 300 block of East Union Street requested extra patrol after finding what appeared to be a melted styrofoam ball on her back porch.
– Officers responded to a property damage accident on West Main Street.
– A caller reported two juveniles were throwing rocks at passing cars at South Court and Walnut streets. Officers were unable to locate the juveniles.
– A 911 caller reported a known subject was harassing his girlfriend in the 700 block of South Court Street. An officer made contact with the subject and advised him to stop harassment and cease contact.
– Officers responded to an activated alarm in the 600 block of East Ohio Street. The scene checked OK.
– A resident in the 100 block of Francene Court reported her purse was taken out of her vehicle. A report was taken on theft.
– Officers responded to a private property accident in the parking lot at Sherwin Williams on North Court Street in which a driver struck a pole. No report was taken.
– A resident in the 200 block of Nicholas Drive reported her dog was attacked by a pit bull. The dog warden requested a report before he continued with his duties. A report was taken.
– A 911 caller reported a reckless driver squealing tires in the 300 block of Walnut Street. The vehicle was found parked and unoccupied.
– An anonymous caller reported finding five needles up and down in the area of South Washington Street from Huston to Margaret Avenue. Officers located two needles and disposed of the items.
– Officers responded to a parking complaint on Atwater Avenue.
– An officer assisted the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office with a theft suspect from Walmart located at Dollar Tree. A report was taken on an agency assist.
– An anonymous caller advised of a noise complaint in the 200 block of Logan Street but hung up without giving further information.
– A resident in the 100 block of Logan Street reported a known subject was harassing her. The subject was advised to stop contacting the caller. No report was taken.
– A resident in the 300 block of Walnut Creek Pike reported a dog had been barking for the past half hour behind the residence in the Heritage Ponds area. Officers were unable to locate the dog.
– A caller reported a dog had been barking for several hours in the 200 block of East Mill Street. Officers were unable to locate the dog.
