CHILLICOTHE – Nine Pickaway-Ross students in the General Merchandising & Warehousing program won first, second and third place honors at the DECA Diamond state competition held at Cuyahoga Valley Career Center.
Cole McNeal, a Chillicothe senior, won first place in three categories, and Morgan Vannatter, a Circleville senior, won a first, second and third place award in three categories.
Shane Hoffman, a Logan Elm senior, won second place in two categories; and Jerry Downing, a Chillicothe senior, and Danyell Burrell, a Logan Elm junior, each won a second-place award.
Jeremiah Coppell, a Unioto senior, Zach Deal, a Chillicothe sophomore, Austin Leeson, a Chillicothe senior and Summer Myers, a Circleville junior, each won third place.
