Staff Reports
The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:
– Mary Ann Barton, 23, of Brown Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. She was ordered to complete an intensive supervision program, have no contact with a named subject and submit to Suboxone treatment.
– Mallory L. Cordell, 21, of Tarlton Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. She was ordered to complete an intensive supervision program and submit to Suboxone treatment.
– Tiffanie Greeno, 37, of Logan Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of non-support of dependents. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Amy J. Harris, 32, of Williams Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. She was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail.
– Wayne H. Lanning, 27, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to illegal manufacture of drugs. He was sentenced to four years in state prison and a six-month driver’s license suspension.
– Chad C. Mumaw, 39, of East Franklin Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to theft from the elderly. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Kendra A. Queen, 26, of Skyline Drive, South Bloomfield, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. She was ordered to complete an intensive supervision program and submit to Suboxone treatment.
– Paul P. Schildhouse, 57, of Aurora, Illinois, pleaded guilty to attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison, a $5,000 fine and will be classified as a Tier II sex offender with a 25-year registration requirement.
– Betsy Vangundy, 23, of West High Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. She was sentenced to 12 months in state prison and a six-month driver’s license suspension.
– Christopher D. Webb, 23, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to burglary and theft. A pretrial hearing is set for May 13.
