Marion “Moe” Arledge, 73, of Lancaster, passed away April 6, 2016, at the Pickering House.
He was born on July 20, 1942, in Licking County, to the late Harmon and Viola (Minor) Arledge.
Moe retired after 42 years with Lancaster Glass.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Mary (Wolfe) Arledge; children, Melissa Arledge of South Bloomfield and Michael Arledge of Columbus; grandchildren, Clayton Arledge, Cassandra (Mitchell) Gray and Chanc Holleran; great-grandchildren, Annabelle Gray, Malachi Gray and Aiden Holleran; sisters, Helen Baker of Columbus and Laura Morris of Lancaster; sister-in-law, Jessie Chancey of Bremen; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
In addition to his parents, Moe was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 9, 2016, at the Taylor Funeral Home in Amanda with Pastor Terry Borah officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Lancaster. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
