Mary Lou Wilson, age 82, of Mt. Sterling, died Sunday, March 6, 2016, at her residence.
She was born April 9, 1933, in Fayette County. She was formerly employed at Orient State and was a retired beautician.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John L. and Bessie (Pettit) Coy; husband, Wayne Wilson Sr.; and siblings, Gene, Jerry, Herb and Delores Coy.
She is survived by children, Pamela Jo Wilson, Wayne Wilson Jr., Jerry Wilson, Doug Wilson, Alfred Hill, Lynette Wilson and Jeanette Woodruff; siblings, Roger Coy, Jim Coy, Ralph Coy and Joann Carr; 14 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 10, 2016, at the Porter-Tidd Funeral Home, Mt. Sterling, Rev. Dortha Ross and Billy Warner officiating, with the interment following in Waterloo Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 P.M. Wednesday, March 9, 2016.
