February 24

– A resident in the 100 block of West Mill Street reported he was advised a group of juveniles in the area of the old Everts Middle School were planning to start a fight with a juvenile at his residence. Officers were unable to locate the suspects and advised the threats were made on social media.

– A resident in the 200 block of Northridge Road reported someone had been ringing her doorbell off and on for about seven minutes. Officers were unable to locate the subjects. The caller then called back and said her doorbell was ringing again after the officer left. Again, the subjects could not be located.

– A resident in the 100 block of Highland Avenue reported her two teenage daughters were refusing to go to school, and one was already on probation. The juveniles were both ready for school upon the officer’s arrival.

– An employee at Excalibur Outdoors on West Main Street requested an officer stop by after the store opened so he could report a stolen motorcycle that was now in a known subject’s possession. A report was taken on a stolen vehicle.

– The Pickaway County Health Department requested an officer stand-by to serve a nuisance letter in the 300 block of East Franklin Street.

– A resident in the 100 block of Cottage Hill Lane reported someone took belongings from her home. A report was taken on theft.

– A resident in the 100 block of Hayward Street reported a neighbor’s rear door was open and appeared to have been kicked in. The resident was called to the scene, and it appeared to be old damage. The scene checked OK.

– A resident in the 300 block of South Court Street reported finding two knives, a fake gun and some other items lying near the porch of her home. A report was taken on found property.

– A caller from CVS on East Main Street reported a male walking with two women in the alley threatened to assault a male who was inside the store. The officer determined no threats were made, but the male was advised to keep his distance.

– A 911 caller requested assistance after locking his keys in his vehicle at Donatos on Lancaster Pike. The caller was referred to Fletcher’s Towing.

– An employee at Rural King reported a male subject stole something from the store and fled on food toward the American Legion on U.S. Route 23. A report was taken on theft.

– An officer was flagged down by a female subject at North Pickaway and Watt street regarding her husband in the front passenger seat of her vehicle. The officer escorted the couple to Berger.

– A resident in the 300 block of North Scioto Street reported his daughter was being threatened by another juvenile. The officer advised it was an ongoing issue that the school resource officer was handling.

– Megan Hudson, 41, of Grove City, was arrested for disorderly conduct by intoxication after a caller reported her vehicle was all over the roadway on North Court Street. She was located outside the vehicle at Ted Lewis Park, and the vehicle was impounded.

February 25

– Officers responded to reports of a missing juvenile in the 400 block of North Scioto Street. The female juvenile was located and returned to her residence. A report was taken on an unruly juvenile.

– A 911 caller reported she had two flat tires and a smashed window on her vehicle in the 100 block of West Franklin Street. A report was taken on criminal damaging.

– A resident in the 400 block of South Washington Street reported her vehicle’s side mirror had been damages. A report was taken.

– A resident in the 100 block of Huston Street came to the police station to report a known subject had been stealing medication and money from her. A report was taken on theft.

– A PICCA bus driver came to the police station to report he struck a small vehicle while driving the bus. A report was taken, and a citation was issued.

– An employee at Scioto Valley Urology reported a physician at the Berger Medical Office Building was receiving harassing messages. A miscellaneous report was taken on the third-party threats and caller.

– Officers responded to an activated alarm in the 200 block of North Scioto Street. The scene checked OK.

– A resident in the 900 block of South Court Street reported a known subject stole his prescription medication. A report was taken on theft.

– Officers responded to an activated alarm at Second Baptist Church on West Mill Street. The call was canceled by the alarm company.

– Mutual aid was requested for a fire alarm activation on Bazler Lane in South Bloomfield.

– Officers responded to a parking complaint in the 100 block of West Main Street. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

– A caller reported a driver was pushing his disabled vehicle down the street at Lancaster Pike and East Main Street. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

– A resident in the 100 block of Fairview Blvd. reported a male subject was going door to door requesting to see copies of electric bills and claiming to be from AEP. Officers advised the subject was a contract worker for AEP, and he was advised to get a proper solicitation permit the following day.

– Officers responded to an activated alarm at Second Baptist Church on West Mill Street. The call was canceled by the alarm company.

– An employee at UDF on East Main Street reported a customer drove off without paying for their gas purchase. A report was taken.

– A resident in the 500 block of East Ohio Street reported someone claiming to be from a Florida police department called and attempted to solicit money. The caller was advised it was most likely a scam.

– Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Duke and Duchess station on East Main Street. The scene checked OK.

– Officers responded to an activated alarm at Taco Bell on U.S. Route 23. The scene checked OK.

– A resident in the 1200 block of South Court Street reported a friend was driving their van after being advised not to. Officers advised it was a civil issue.

– Jason Barker, 29, of South Pickaway Street was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in the 100 block of Edison Avenue.

– Officers responded to an activated alarm at Hanson Ag on Town Street. The scene checked OK.

– A 911 call from the 100 block of York Street had the sound of a male and female arguing. There was no answer at the door upon the officer’s arrival, and no yelling could be heard. The subjects could not be located.

– A caller in the 100 block of York Street advised she was assaulted by a known subject, and she was transported to Berger Hospital for treatment. The officer advised the incident took place in a moving vehicle on U.S. Route 22 east of state Route 674. A report was taken on an agency assist, and the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office was advised.
