February 16

– Officers responded to an activated alarm at Hansons Ag on Town Street. The scene checked OK.

– Officers responded to a property damage accident in the 400 block of Watt Street.

– Officers responded to an activated alarm at Adena Medical on Morris Road. The scene checked OK.

– A 911 caller in the 100 block of Barry Drive stated she needed the fire department, then the line disconnected. The dispatcher advised the caller stated they had been fighting. In a second 911 call, the caller advised she was having electrical issues in her apartment, and the fire department referred her to maintenance for repairs, but maintenance did not want to assist her. The caller was advised on the proper use of 911 and given the fire department’s non-emergency phone number.

– A resident in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue reported he was still receiving harassing phone calls after filing a previous report.

– A 13-year-old male in the 200 block of Logan Street called 911 to report his sister had locked him outside. In a second 911 call, the juvenile advised his sister let him back in the house and canceled the call.

– A 911 caller requested an officer stand-by in the 500 block of East Ohio Street to attempt to get his daughter for visitation. The stand-by was completed.

– The owner of Simply Dancing Studio on North Court Street reported his business had been broken into. A report was taken on burglary.

– Officers responded to a property damage accident at Hardee’s on West Main Street.

– Tierra Rapp was arrested for receiving stolen property following a traffic stop at Crites Road and South Pickaway Street.

– A 911 caller in the 900 block of South Washington Street reported a known subject was tearing up his home. The subject agreed to leave for the evening, and a report was taken on a domestic dispute.

– A caller reported she was rear-ended on West Mill at South Court Street, and the other driver left the scene. A report was taken on a property damage hit-skip.

– A Stoutsville resident reported a vehicle struck his parked truck in the parking lot at Kroger on Lancaster Pike. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

– Officers responded to an activated alarm at Second Baptist Church on West Mill Street. The scene checked OK.

– A resident in the 300 block of Barnes Avenue reported finding a crack in her windshield that was not there the day before. Officers advised the caller believes it was weather-related.

– A resident in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue reported a known subject kicked in her front door. A report was taken on a disturbance.

– A resident in the 300 block of Sycamore Drive reported her family was being threatened. A report was taken, and extra patrol was requested.

– Officers responded to an activated alarm at Applied Tech Services on East Main Street. The scene checked OK.

– A caller advised her daughter had been assaulted. A report was taken on a domestic dispute.

– The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office advised Richard Harrell Jr. had been released from their jail on Jackson Pike and was available for pick-up on local charges. A report was taken on a misdemeanor warrant.

– A resident in the 300 block of Brown Street reported her neighbor was playing a radio very loudly, and it was vibrating her floors and walls. The officer was unable to locate any loud music upon arrival, but the neighbor was advised of the complaint. The caller then called back and reported the neighbor knocked on her door yelling and asking her why she called the police. There was no answer at the door when the officer arrived back on the scene, and no threat was made.

February 17

– Officers responded to an activated alarm at Second Baptist Church on West Mill Street. The scene checked OK.

– Officers were advised to be on the lookout for a possible drunk driver traveling toward the city on state Route 56 East. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

– A resident in the 300 block of Brown Street reported her vehicle’s tires had been slashed overnight. A report was taken on vandalism.

– A caller reported his vehicle had been struck in the parking lot at Berger Hospital. A report was taken on criminal damaging.

– A resident came to the police station to turn in a cell phone found at Rax on U.S. Route 23. The Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office was advised and would handle.

– A resident in the 100 block of East High Street reported a known subject broke into her home overnight and was still there, even though she didn’t want him in her house. A report was taken on a domestic dispute.

– A resident came to the police station to turn in a wallet she found in the 300 block of Logan Street. A report was taken on found property.

– A resident came to the police station to report someone had backed into his vehicle a couple of days earlier in the 1200 block of North Court Street. A report was taken on a property damage hit-skip.

– A resident in the 100 block of Cottage Hill Lane reported he believed a known subject had taken windows out of his home. A report was taken on vandalism, and extra patrol was requested.

– A resident in the 400 block of Dearborn Road reported a known subject was at her house, and she wanted him to leave. A report was taken on a domestic dispute.

– Officers assisted the Circleville Probation Department with the arrest of Arminda Sue Honeycutt of Chillicothe on a violation of probation in the 300 block of Cedar Heights Road.

– Officers responded to an activated alarm in the 600 block of Garden Parkway. The call was canceled by the alarm company.

– A resident in the 300 block of Eva Drive requested an officer stand-by to gather her belongings. The caller opted to wait until another time.

– Officers responded to reports of a possible drunk driver on Lancaster Pike. The subject checked OK.

– Officers responded to a property damage accident at U.S. Bank on East Main Street.

– A resident came to the police station requesting an officer stand-by in the 200 block of North Court Street.

– A resident in the 100 block of Cottage Hill Lane reported someone who used to live at the residence was taking things. All parties were advised it was a civil issue and were warned about disorderly conduct.

– A resident in the 100 block of Logan Street reported a male was threatening her. A supplemental report was taken.

– A resident in the 400 block of Half Avenue reported juveniles were running through her yard. Officers were unable to locate the juveniles.

– Officers responded to an activated alarm at Dynahoe on East Main Street. The scene checked OK.

– A caller reported his money and card were stuck in the ATM at the Savings Bank on Pinckney Street. The key holder was on scene and handled the incident.

– A resident in the 300 block of Brown Street requested to speak with an officer regarding sugar in her gas tank. A supplemental report was taken on vandalism.

– An employee at Little Bear Market on Harrison Street reported a male had come through the drive-thru and was dozing off. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

– Officers responded to reports of a possible drunk driver in the 200 block of West Main Street. All units were advised.
