Carol J. Heise

Carol J. Heise, 71, of Circleville, passed away Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015, in Columbus.

She was born March 10, 1944, in London, Ohio, the daughter of Paul Edward and Ethel M. (Lee) Moore.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harold William “Bill” Heise; and brother, Richard D. Moore.

Carol graduated from Columbus West High School in 1962. She worked for PICCA for 35 years, then went to work at Community Action in Clinton County. Prior to her death, Carol was working at Fayette Co. Community Action.

Carol was a sweet, caring and loving person who was very patient. She enjoyed people, antiquing, going to casinos, taking cruises and going to any beach, but especially Myrtle Beach.

Known as “Ammy” to her grandchildren, Carol is survived by her granddaughters, Katrina (Travis) Anderson Rayburn and Sabrina Anderson; great-granddaughters, Ryane Heise, Zoi and Amber Ackison and Ellie and Emery Anderson; great-grandson, Quinten Rayburn; brother, Larry (Rita) Moore; sister-in-law, Delores Moore; niece, Krista Moore; nephew, James D. Moore; step-daughter, Sue (Kenny) Harris; close friends, Shirley Pollock, Molly Tootle, Ben Patrick and Jason Sadler; and a host of grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, 2015, at Defenbaugh-Wise-Schoedinger Funeral Home, Circleville, with special friend, Pastor Joy Stanforth, officiating. Burial of the urn will take place at Forest Cemetery at a later date.
