CIRCLEVILLE, OH — September 25, 2024 — The Pickaway County Court of Common Pleas, presided over by Judge P. Randall Knece, recently addressed several cases involving various charges and dispositions.
Here are the key outcomes from the latest court proceedings:
Jesse Bartley, 19, currently residing at the Circleville Juvenile Correctional Facility, was sentenced to 36 months in prison for assaulting a corrections officer.
Adam Daniels, 44, of S. Harris Ave., Columbus, faced a violation of community control related to the nonsupport of dependents. He is required to complete the STAR program at a Community Based Correctional Facility (CBCF).
Mohamed Moustapha Ly, 30, from Brooke Colony Dr., Canal Winchester, received a sentence for grand theft of a motor vehicle. His sentence includes 18 months in prison (suspended), with a requirement to spend 6 months in the STAR program at a CBCF.
Danielle I. Repass, 39, of Lancaster Pike, Circleville, was sentenced to 12 months in prison (suspended) for escape. She will be on three years of community control and must complete a drug court program.
