Pickaway County Court of Common Pleas, Judge P. Randall Knece Presides Over Recent Cases

During a recent session at the Court of Common Pleas, Judge P. Randall Knece oversaw several cases, each with its own set of charges and dispositions. Here’s a summary of the proceedings:

Tyler M. Adams, 32, was charged with complicity to illegal conveyance of drugs onto the grounds of a detention facility. He was sentenced to 12 months in prison, to be served consecutively to his current Pickaway County sentence.

Jessica L. Hamilton, 34, faced charges for violation of terms of intervention. She was sentenced to 6 months at STAR CBCF.

Andrew Harris, 58, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs and received a 12-month prison sentence.

Colin Ray Hettinger, 26, faced charges of aggravated possession of drugs and is scheduled for a pretrial on June 14.

Enrique H. Martinez, 24, faced charges of rape and gross sexual imposition. He is also scheduled for a pretrial on June 14.

Dawn Ramsey, 50, was charged with violation of community control for attempted illegal conveyance of drugs onto the grounds of a detention facility. She received an 18-month prison sentence.

Andrea N. Wilburn, 33, faced charges of aggravated possession of drugs and illegal conveyance of drugs onto the grounds of a detention facility. A PSI was ordered in her case.

John D.R. Wilson, 24, faced charges of OMVI (x2) and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle. He is scheduled for a pretrial on June 14.

All pretrials are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. These cases represent a portion of the legal proceedings overseen by Judge Knece at the Court of Common Pleas.
