OHIO – Ohio Secretary is trying to remove some of the confusion around the Spring Primary by notifying that they will be sending Absentee Ballots out this year to every Registered Voter.

“For nearly a decade, Ohioans have received an absentee ballot request ahead of the Presidential and Gubernatorial General Election, and controlling board action ensures that will be the case again this year. Sending the request – not the ballot – helps voters participate in the election and means each registered voter in Ohio can continue to choose one of three options available to them – early voting, absentee voting by mail, or voting in person on Election Day, said Secretary of State Frank Larose.

According to Ohio Controlling Board they have approved 1.5 Million in federal funds to send all the forms to all 7.8 million Ohio voters. These forms will start arriving around Labor day. The Deadline to register for the General Election is Oct 5, 2020.
