Marion – The Ohio State Highway Patrol says an investigation is underway Tuesday following a deadly plane crash in Marion County.
Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to a plane crash around 11:30 am on Tuesday morning, the place reportedly crashed down in a bean field nine miles southwest of the Marion Airport. Two people were killed in the crash.
OSP said the single-engine Piper Cherokee Six plane took severe damage in the crash, the two occupants suffered fatal injuries.
