02:44AM Officers responded to Walnut St for a request of extra patrols in the area. The caller stated that she had to run a known thief off of her property. Officers patrolled the area and surrounding areas but had negative contact with the suspect at this time.
05:32AM Officers responded to Fort St for a report of a 911 open line. It was noted that no sounds of distress were heard. Officers made contact with the resident who stated that she fell asleep with the phone and the call was accidental.
09:02AM Officers responded to Wolfe-Bennett Rd for a special duty request.
01:40PM Officers responded to the Nelsonville Water Park for an investigative complaint. A caller reported that a female individual at the pool is suspected of trying to take children. Officers located and spoke to the female for questioning.
02:02PM Officers responded to W Canal St for a report of theft. The caller reported that there was a theft that occurred at Go Mart. The suspect fled prior to Officers arrival. A description of the vehicle was provided. Officers patrolled the area and surrounding areas in an attempt to locate the vehicle in question. Negative contact was made at this time.
02:54PM Officers responded to Elm Rock Rd for a request of a well-being check. Officers had negative contact with the subject at her residence but spoke to a neighbor who advised that the person in question was seen leaving in her vehicle earlier in the day.
06:16PM Officers responded to Watkins St for a report of a domestic disturbance. The caller stated that his brother was threatening him and arguing.
06:52PM Officers responded to Jackson St for a report of an investigative complaint. The call was unfounded.
09:57PM Officers were made aware of an individual who had came into the PD for walk-in assistance. The individual reported that his bike was taken. It was noted that the individual seemed to be intoxicated.
10:07PM Officers responded to Crihfield Dr for an investigative complaint. The caller reported that her boyfriends brother had logged into her phone account and locked her out. Officers spoke to the caller and advised her what she needed to do.
10:13PM Officers responded to GoMart for a report of theft. The female suspect had fled prior to the Officer’s arrival. Statements and Video Footage of the suspect were collected for investigation. Future charges are pending.
10:55PM Officers responded to E Canal St for an investigative complaint. The caller reported that he was being followed by a group of people. Officers located and spoke to the call. EMS was requested for possible psychological related issues. The male in question was transported to a local hospital for care.
