Lynne Denise Svetek, age 62, passed away at her residence in the presence of her loving family on November 14, 2017. She was born in Circleville on July 19th, 1955 to her parents Jerald and Mary “Krimmel” Easter. Lynne graduated from Circleville High School, class of 1973, and would marry her husband Allen on October 15, 1976. She and Allen enjoyed 41 years of marriage. She started a daycare from her home in 1988 and cared for children for 29 years. Lynne was a selfless person who was always giving to someone else. This was especially apparent in all of the charitable organizations she put so much time and effort into. She was an officer for the Logan Elm Booster Club, as well as a member of PTO and held many jobs in the Trinity Lutheran Church.

Lynne would organize and work Bingo games at the Amvets in Circleville, and her hard work would bring in over a million dollars for the Logan Elm School District. She got her joy from making others happy and helping them to succeed, and she especially loved the time she spent with her own family. Lynne was an example to live by and will be missed dearly by those who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Lynne is preceded in death by her father, Jerald “Jerry” Easter and her sister Cheryl Doles. Left to mourn her passing is her husband Allen Svetek; her loving mother Mary Easter; her children Kenton (Heather) Svetek, Kristin (Jeff) Marks, and Jared (Nerissa) Svetek; her grandchildren Carson Svetek, Morgan Svetek, Aubrey Marks, Ava Marks, and Kaia Svetek; her brother Jerry Easter; as well as cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
Cremation will take place per Lynne’s wishes. Lynne’s Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, November 29th at Trinity Lutheran Church, located at 135 East Mound Street, Circleville at 11:30am with Pastor Gerhard Kraus officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:30am to 11:30am on the same day. Lynne’s urn will be buried on her father’s plot at Forest Cemetery on a later date.
