PICKAWAY COUNTY, Ohio (February 26, 2024) – The Logan Elm FFA chapter recently celebrated National FFA Week (February 20th to 23rd) with a packed schedule of events, dress-up days, and community-focused activities.

Students kicked off the week with thematic dress-up days, channeling their inner farmers on Monday, showcasing patriotic spirit on USA Wednesday, donning official FFA gear on Thursday, and highlighting agricultural pride with Tractor Friday.

The chapter also engaged in impactful activities, including crafting dog toys from recycled t-shirts for local animal shelters, holding a Greenhand Degree ceremony for new members, and organizing a canned food drive.

A highlight of the week was the hilarious Mr. FFA competition. Boys across the school competed with trivia rounds, impromptu singing performances, and their smoothest pickup lines. The 2023-2024 Mr. FFA title was proudly awarded to junior Gage Arnett.

“FFA week is always a fantastic time for our members,”, FFA Chapter President, commented. “It’s a chance to share our passion for agriculture, give back to the community, and of course, have some fun along the way.”
