Local Circleville Softball League Goes Undefeated in National Championship

PICKAWAY – A local softball league traveled out of Ohio to represent the county in a Championship tournament this week.

Central Ohio Tigers 16u softball (based out of Circleville) went to Gulf Shores, Alabama for the USSSA National Championship tournament this week. While at the Championship and battling heat all week with a heat index of more than 110 degrees the girls played hard and went undefeated 7-0 bringing a national championship back to Ohio.

Ryleigh Wolfe was awarded the most outstanding pitcher and Katie Wood received the defensive player award.
