Lancaster Man Wins 50K on Scratch Ticket

LANCASTER, OH – James Webb of Lancaster won $50,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Billion. 

After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Webb will receive $36,000.

He purchased the winning ticket at AmeriStop Food Mart #29316, located at 1826 W Fair Ave in Lancaster.
