CHILLICOTHE – The flooding waters of Black Run have overflowed Knockemstiff rd in Chillicothe restricting residents travel and threatening property damage at this time.
As the flood waters continue to rise from the recent rains we will see mild flooding along waterways until waters recede in the next days ahead.
