CIRCLEVILLE – Water continue to rise until 8 am this morning according to the National Weather Hydronic Prediction graph.
Waters are reaching levels of 17.7 feet according to the graph, flooding stage is set at 15 feet for minor flooding in the area. The good news is waters will start receding after 8 am today.
