FAIRFIELD – Fairfield county sheriff has released the top incidents of Fairfield county for the week:

*Threats, Stoutsville, Caller advised a known suspect is driving past her home and sending threatening text to her.
*Auto accident, 2 car non-injury, Columbus-Lancaster/Diley Rd
*Larceny, 4087 Coonpath Rd, Theft from Dollar General.
*Alert, Units responded to Fairfield Elementary after an alert was sent that the school was being sent into lockdown. Units arrived and found the school was fine, it was an accidental press of the alert button.

Nov. 12, 2019
*Injury Accident, Single Vehicle, 2113 Carroll-Eastern Rd. Vehicle went off the road and struck numerous fixed objects. Vehicle was towed from the scene and the driver was issued a citation for failure to control. The driver refused treatment on the scene from the ambulance.
*ATL on US 33. Logan PD advised they had a white Pontiac driven by a black male that was involved in a shooting. The vehicle was allegedly last seen heading west on US 33. Units were sent to the 33 bypass and business route to ATL for the vehicle, but the vehicle was never sighted.

Nov. 13, 2019
*Non-Injury Accident, Blacklick Rd. NW/Emswiler Rd. NW – Single vehicle off the roadway. Vehicle towed.
*Trespasser, 8300 Meijer Dr., Suspect was at Meijer and has a trespass order in place. He left the business prior to our arrival. Deputy is pursuing charges.
*Hit Skip: Wagram @ Blacklick-Eastern, two vehicle hit skip. Suspect vehicle is a black 2 door with tinted windows. Should have passenger side damage with white paint transfer. Victim was a mail truck.
*Pursuit, A Deputy attempted to initiate a traffic stop on a vehicle being driven by Female. The female has multiple warrants. She ignored him and he aired the conditions present. OSP and SO units went to assist. At one point, the Suspect turned down the dead-end portion to Rockmill Park. When she realized what she did she turned her car around and attempted to “ram” two OSP cruisers. She also attempted to swipe one of our units getting back out on to Rockmill Rd. The pursuit was called off. Charges will be filed on the Suspect.

Nov. 14, 2019
*Burglary, Cedar Hill Rd., Caller states his barn was broken into. Forced entry. Tried to take tools and a 4-wheeler. Deputy was able to see tracks where the suspect(s) drove through several properties to get to the victims.

Nov. 15, 2019
*Auto Accident w/injury: 1395 Webb Summit Rd., Vehicle into a ditch and on its side. Caller stated a male subject flagged him down asking for a ride. The caller denied the driver a ride and the male subject went into a cornfield.
*Assisted Pickaway County on a call at 9563 U.S. Rt. 22 just inside their county. Male subject laying in the middle of the roadway covered in blood. Upon arrival units discovered a male subject completely covered in his own blood. It was also discovered the male’s pinky finger had been cut off. Initially they were unable to get much information from the male. Pickaway County took control of the scene.
*We located the vehicle in Baltimore, that the Female Suspect from the Rock Mill pursuit, was driving earlier this week. Vehicle was impounded in prep for a search warrant.
*Traffic stop on Bypass south of 188. The Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a car heading to Columbus from Nelsonville with four occupants. Two of the occupants had active warrants. Logan PD K-9 responded to the scene and got a positive alert. Search was conducted on the vehicle. Search discovered paraphernalia associated with trafficking. Heroin and bulk amounts of meth recovered. Brass knuckles and a handgun recovered with a decent amount of money. All occupants transported to jail.

Nov. 16, 2019
*Theft, 8300 Meijer Dr., Male subject arrested for theft at Meijer in CW.
*Narcotics: 6647 Winchester Blvd., Walmart CW, Caller stated a vehicle had been sitting in the parking lot for an extended period of time. Upon contact PC was established and a search was done on the vehicle which resulted in finding several pieces of paraphernalia.
