Update – Fairfield County Teen Dies After Rollover Crash on Way to School

Fairfield County – A high school student was seriously injured after crashing his car on the way to school this morning, now that same student has died of those injuries

The Incident occurred around 7 am on Monday in the area of Cincinnati-Zanesville road in Fairfield County when the student lost control of his vehicle drove off the roadway and flipped over a guardrail and down an embankment.

When emergency squads arrived they stabilized the teen and he was airlifted to Children’s Hospital in Columbus where he was listed in serious condition, today family members reported that he passed from those injuries.

Cameron Davis was 16 years old, he was a sophomore at Fairfield Union High School. He loved basketball and was a die-hard Lakers fan. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with friends.

 Friends and family may visit from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at SHERIDAN FUNERAL HOME. Cremation will follow services in the care of Sheridan Funeral Home.
