OHIO – Downtown DBA has cancelled its annual halloween downtown event for this year due to COVID-19 concerns.
The event usually pulls in hundreds of local kids and parents that go store to store in a pre halloween event usually a day or two before beggars night.
“The Circleville Downtown Business Association has decided that to keep our children and their families safe, it will not host the annual downtown merchants’ Halloween Fun Night,” said the DBA.
The group did say that they are planning the possibility of an online event.
