NEW HOLLAND: A little bakery goes unnoticed in the little town of New Holland called Country Cakes & Bakes. This little bakery sure is popular and could definitely qualify as a hidden gem in the area.
From Cakes to Cookies and all sweet thing bakes, County Cakes and Bakes offers something for everyone. In a renovated ice cream shop that stood in New Holland for years most people drive by the little delight without even noticing. “Ive driven by there hundreds of times and not noticed,” said Lisa Salyers. The only have the one sign and you can’t really see it from 22, I didn’t know what they were until I investigated.”
Cakes and Bakes is located off 22 at 409 W Front St
New Holland, Ohio 43145. She makes custom orders also, wedding cakes, pies and cookies.
