This is the scene at the underpass on Hagerty Road near route 23, just north of Circleville, about 15 minutes ago.
The driver said, “It didn’t look that deep, so I tried it.” About getting the car out, he said, “I think I can get my buddy to tow me out?”
It’s very difficult to gage the depth of water in flooding situations like this. Be careful.
