Boyd Shannon, 82, passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2017. He was born, April 29, 1935 to the late Glen and Gladys (Curry) Shannon. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, David and Robert Shannon. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Carol (Palsgrove) Shannon; son, Jim Shannon; step-children, Bonnie (Rex) Bradford, Andy (Kim) Matyac, and Jill Matyac; grandchildren, Heather Bradford and Kaden Shannon; sisters, Helen Harrison and Betty Chester; sisters-in-law, Pat Shannon and Charlotte Shannon, along with many nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at a date to be determined. Arrangements entrusted to Defenbaugh-Wise-Schoedinger Funeral Home, Circleville, Ohio.
