ASHVILLE – On February 22, 2022 the Village of Ashville will hold a public meeting on a large development plan for changing 146 acres of land located on the East and West of Ashville Pike.
The applicant Maronda Homes wants to build a site property that incorporates, “various design components and two uses, those being: (a) single-family; and (b) apartments/multi-family.” homes. The site a total of 146 acres is located South of St Paul road on Ashville pike on both the east and west of the roadway. The development would connect Ashville Pike to Lockbourne Eastern through the development.
The development is a hybrid development that would be mostly single-family homes but would include an apartment complex inside of the single-family development. Included in the design is a central park asset for community use, along with a clubhouse, pool, and dog park for residents.
The meeting will be held at 6:30 pm at 200 E Station road Ashville Ohio on February 22, 2022
