Anna E. Whaley, 91, of Circleville, died December 20, 2017 at Berger Hospital. She was born on February 14, 1926 in Circleville, the daughter of Oscar and Myrtle (Ryan) Davidson. She was a member of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church for several years and graduated from Jackson Twp. School. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, George Whaley; son-in-law, Walter Starkey and brothers, Frederick and Harry Davidson. She is survived by her children, Donna Whaley, Ellen Starkey and Deborah (John) Kardish; grandchildren, Corey and Dustin Starkey, Christopher and Nicholas Kardish; great grandchildren, Zach and Abby Starkey. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday December 23, 2017 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery.
