ALL Vinton County National Bank Customer COVID-19 Update

The below statement was sent to ALL Vinton County National Bank members.

“Dear Valued Customer,


This year hasn’t turned out how any of us had planned but it has been our honor to be your bank and to be a member of your community through these challenging times. As Covid-19 continues to grow and to threaten the well-being of people across the country, we are taking steps to protect what we value most – our customers and our employees.


That’s why all VCNB lobbies are currently limited to appointment only.


Our drive-thru lanes are still open regular hours and you can continue to make an appointment with a lender or banker if you need to conduct bank business in the lobby.
We ask that you consider alternate ways to do your banking including via phone, VCNB Mobile, online banking and the ATM.  Our Customer Service Team is just a phone call away at 1.800.542.5004 and there are many self-serve solutions to be found on our website.


Customers at our East Main Street location in Lancaster should note that there will be an exception made here from December 4 through December 12. This is because an ongoing lobby improvement project will disrupt access to the drive-thru and ATM. During these days, the lobby at this location will be available with capacity limited to four people at a time. The drive-thru and ATM will reopen on December 14 and the lobby will again be available by appointment only.

We wish you wellness this holiday season and look forward to getting our lobbies back open in the New Year. We will reevaluate conditions related to Covid-19 in January with tentative plans to reopen branch lobbies on January 11.
