US – Aldi has changed its hours to offer the safest environment for seniors.
Often people ask why companies are offering early morning hours to seniors but these are the safest times that they can offer for the fragile community. Companies like Korger, Lowe’s, Walmart and Aldi have changed their regular hours to develop deep cleaning efforts to kill the COVID-19 virus during evening hours. Morning hours are offered to seniors because those times are the most sanitary hours after a night cleaning, it is also the time when employees are stocking shelves, so its when the most stock in the store is available.
ALDI is offering those hours twice a week where they will open from 8:30 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays for a hour. People with health concerns, pregnant mothers and senior citizens are allowed to shop during these times.
