Local Circleville Councilperson Katie Logan Hedges wrote this on her timeline, “Jack Hooks was one of my all-time favorite humans to walk on this Earth. We had our battles but he gave me one of my first jobs that I absolutely loved and put more trust in me than I probably really ever earned. He treated me like an adult from the first day we met and always built up my self-esteem. I attribute him to part of my work ethic today. Even 12 years after working for him, he always told me he loved me at the end of our conversations, text, phone or in person. He will be sorely missed by not just me but by many ♥️♥️♥️”
