Donald Mullins, 64, of Stoutsville passed away on January 28, 2018. He was born on October 9, 1953 in Prestonsburg, KY to Otis and Betty (Wiley) Mullins. He retired from Bureau of Workman Compensation and was a councilman for Village of Stoutsville for over 20 years. He was preceded in death by his father, Otis Mullins and brothers David and Gregory. Donald is survived by his mother Betty Mullins, his wife Terri (Talbott) Mullins, children Amber, Ryan (Courtney) and Michael Mullins, sisters Gwen Mullins and Anita (Wayne) Gravitt, nephew Jason (Lou) Mullins, niece Lesley (Tony) Mullins and several brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with Vincent Vacheresse and Jim Gilbert officiating.
